btjdb Terms and Conditions

1 Definitions and Applicability

The meanings of key terms used in these Terms are provided below:

Applicable Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the btjdb website, mobile site, and all services connected to it.
• "User" refers to any person who has created or is using an account on the platform.
• "Account" refers to the user's personal registered profile.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any sports betting or casino game conducted through the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits provided by btjdb.

These Terms apply to all individuals using btjdb from within Bangladesh and internationally. It is your own responsibility to comply with your local laws and regulations.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on btjdb, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age ("For ages 21 and above only").
• Each individual may open only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and your own.
• Opening an account in someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited.
• btjdb may request valid documents for identity verification if needed.

By completing the registration process, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If any information is later found to be false, btjdb reserves the right to close the account.

3 Account Security

Ensuring the security of your account is your own responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below in this regard:

• Do not share your password with anyone and do not share your account with others.
• Always log out after logging in from a public or shared device.
• If you notice unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify btjdb support immediately.
• You are fully responsible for all activities conducted from your account.
• btjdb will never ask for your password via email or chat.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing money on the btjdb platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

Withdrawals

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests must be made from a verified account.
• The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• btjdb reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal in the case of suspicious transactions until additional verification is completed.

All deposits and withdrawals are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). btjdb will not be held responsible for transactions where incorrect information was provided.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

btjdb offers various promotional offers. The terms for using these bonuses are as follows:

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible account holders only.
• Only one account per household or device is eligible to receive a bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirements are met.
• btjdb reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be suspended.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to sports betting and casino games on the btjdb platform:

• A bet that has been accepted cannot be cancelled, unless the platform is unable to process it due to a technical error.
• btjdb reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.
• Fraud through coordinated betting using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If there is a dispute over the outcome of any event or game, the platform's decision will be final.
• Game outcomes are governed by third-party technology (Random Number Generator — RNG); btjdb does not alter results.
• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to an internet disconnection, the server's record will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btjdb platform:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
• Following a coordinated betting strategy ("arbitrage") with the intent to unfairly exploit bonuses.
• Hacking, cracking, or any other technical manipulation of the platform's software or systems.
• Using bots or automated software to manage bets.
• Attempting to harass, intimidate, or deceive other users.
• Any illegal activity or fraudulent conduct.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, btjdb may immediately suspend or close the account and notify the relevant authorities.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Suspension by btjdb

btjdb may suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• In case of a violation of the Terms.
• Until identity verification is completed.
• During an investigation into suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• On the order of a court or relevant authority.

Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. The balance will be returned once verification is complete and there are no outstanding disputes.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the btjdb platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of btjdb or its licensors. Users may:

• Use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes.
• Not copy, redistribute, or commercially use any content without btjdb's prior written permission.
• Not modify or reverse engineer the platform's software.

10 Limitation of Liability

btjdb will not be liable for the following:

• Losses in games or bets due to internet connection or device issues.
• Delays or issues from third-party payment service providers.
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
• Financial losses caused by the user's own errors.
• Financial losses resulting from normal wins and losses in betting.

In any circumstances, btjdb's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the user's relevant transaction. There is financial risk involved in gambling — please play responsibly.
